Service Level Agreement (SLA)
This Service Level Agreement (the "SLA") outlines the terms and conditions governing the provision of services by Nautical Hosting ("we," "our," or "us") to our customers (each, a "Customer") for the use of our hosting services (the "Service").
1. Availability
We strive to ensure that the Service is available to our Customers 99.9% of the time, excluding scheduled maintenance and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
2. Support
We provide technical support to our Customers via email ([support@nauticalhosting.org]) during normal business hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM GMT), Monday through Friday, excluding UK public holidays. We aim to respond to support inquiries within 24 hours.
3. Performance
We guarantee that the Service will perform in accordance with industry standards and will meet the specifications outlined in our service documentation. In the event of performance issues, we will work diligently to resolve them in a timely manner.
4. Security
We are committed to maintaining the security of our Customer's data and will implement appropriate measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration of data.
5. Compensation
In the event that we fail to meet the availability guarantee outlined in Section 1 of this SLA, we will provide compensation to affected Customers in the form of service credits, as determined by the severity and duration of the downtime.
6. Termination
Customers may terminate their subscription to the Service at any time by providing written notice to us. We reserve the right to terminate the Service for Customers who violate our terms of service or fail to meet their payment obligations.
7. Changes to this SLA
We reserve the right to update or modify this SLA at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this SLA page. We encourage Customers to review this SLA periodically to stay informed about our service commitments.
