Service Disruption Notice
Date: January 15-16 2025
Dear Valued Customers,
We want to inform you about a disruption to our services that occurred over the last couple days. Our data centre experienced a power outage and we were unable to have our backup systems boot in enough time.
What This Means:
- You may have experienced issues connecting to servers.
- You may have experienced issues with Nautical Ranks and downloading the pack.
Our teams have monitored the situation closely and have worked to minimize any impact on our services. All systems are back and are fully operational.
What we are doing as a result:
As this downtime affected services severely, all services will receive 3 days compensation from us that will be added onto this months billing period.
